Good video ! That Radiator Looks like it should handle the Load.
⭐️ Remember to blow the Sand out from between the fins everyday. Just Blow it Backwards with Compressed air.
it does not matter How Big your radiator is if its plugged up with sand in between the fins & cannot see daylight through it.
same Goes for the Condenser up front for air conditioning. blow out sand.
    Happy Cooling ! 😁

Safety Glasses work but when grinding or using a cutting wheel use a face shield with safety glasses. Why? Hot particles get past safety glasses and bounce into the eye and burn the eye. Rust in the eye is not good.

Any time I had to shorten a bolt, and there was enough thread, I would put a nut on the bolt and run a nut all the way down. Once I cut the excess bolt cut of and squared and tapered the end I could run the nut off and that would straighten out the thread on the bolt if it was messed up a little.

@Matt's Off Road Recovery It would have been convenient. In my opinion, America should go completely metric or completely U. S. standard measurements. This part one and part the other has been ridiculous and inconvenient from day one. I do not know how many times I have had to have U. S. standard and metric wrenches to work on a single car or truck part.

Sometimes when your back goes 'out', lay on the floor and wriggle around keeping your back flat on the floor. The Dr. is Out. Nice welding Rudy. You might try putting the nut on first before cutting studs. Removing the nut cleans up the threads Matt. Some thin rubber under the batteries after painting the Trays.

Do y’all ever use like a outerwear over the air filter ? Like from “outerwear “ or something like it that repels water and sand and large bugs/small rocks from getting into the air filter element?
If so how well does it work? I have always used a cut sheet of screen door for my k&n air filters to keep out large debris like bugs and it works wonderful for that but the water repellent stuff seems like it could be ideal for your applications so thought maybe you have used them? Or maybe you would want to. There pretty cheap and you can just get sheets to cover flat stock like car filters in the stock box or something.

Anti seaze is good but it also bad at the same time. It reduces the friction in the threads which acount for 50% of the applied force necessary to tighten something. This means alot more force is applied in the stretching of the bolt (which works like a spring), this makes it easier to over tight and damage the bolt and/or threads. If you also apply it to the head you also reduce the friction between the head and the surface you mount it to (which account for 40% of the force when tighten).
Just 10% of the applied force is actually used for stretching the bolt so it holds the parts together. This means that your lubed bolt is at higher risk of failing due to plastic deformation, but the risk of corrosion is lowered.
Hence: reduce the torque with lubed bolts.
Correct torque on dry bolts or wet bolts is mostly specified for the application. And can sometimes be found for some bolts on the car in manuals or similar.
So keep this in mind mind! Don't overtorque your lubed bolts!
